Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed and paid for through our website. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been issued.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including your selected items, quantities, and pickup date.
Product Variations
All of our products are handmade and may naturally vary slightly in size, shape, color, appearance, and presentation. Photos displayed on our website are intended to provide an example of our products and may not represent the exact appearance of every item.
Products are sold as prepared and described at the time of purchase.
Pick-Up
Orders are available for pickup on the date and during the pickup window selected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during their scheduled pickup time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate being unable to pick up your order as scheduled.

We cannot guarantee the quality or availability of orders that are not picked up at the scheduled time.
Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Our products may be prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy.

While individual product descriptions may identify certain ingredients, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Order Concerns
